1. Go online to barkbox.com to cancel your subscription at any time.
2. Send an e-mail to happy@barkbox.com to ask someone in their customer service department to cancel BarkBox for you.

How to cancel BarkBox online

The quickest way to cancel your BarkBox subscription is to go online and login into your account. Here’s the step-by-step:

1. Go to the Barkbox.com site and select 'login' in the top right-hand corner.
2. Sign into your account by typing in your e-mail address and password.
3. Once logged in, you can click on 'account' in the top right-hand corner.
4. At the bottom of your profile, click on 'subscription settings' to see the details of your subscription plan and the renewal date for your plan.
5. Click on the box to edit your subscription plan. You can make changes to your next plan or you can disable the renewal of your current plan by clicking on 'Disable Subscription Autorenewal'.
6. If you end your subscription before the 3rd of the month, you will no longer pay for and receive a monthly BarkBox. If you cancel BarkBox after the 3rd, you will still pay for and receive one last subscription box.

Cancel Barkbox: E-mail customer service

This method to cancel BarkBox deliveries is simple, but resolution may take a little longer. Send an e-mail to BarkBox’s customer service by emailing happy@barkbox.com. Your message should include your BarkBox account number and the fact that you want to end your subscription. If you are paying monthly, you should be able to cancel your subscription with immediate effect. If you have paid ahead for a six-month or twelve-month subscription, you will need to ask the customer service team if cancellation and refund are possible.
